Rather than sit at the side when your child is having fun you can get fit too, we have frequent jumper cards which can be purchased at reception for only £5 per jump

We have tailored our new timetable to enable mums and dads to exercise whilst the kids are participating in our gymastics and cheerleading classes.

BootyCamp - All Levels - Does what the name suggests, 45 minute class which targets the problem female areas with focussed toning and cardio exercises which are performed on and off our trampolines

Jump Cardio - High Intensity - 45minute Trampoline based cardiovascular class focussing on fat burning and body conditioning.

Circuit Training - All Levels-  All over body workout with a mixture of cariovascualr and condtioning exercises done on and off the trampolines.

All our classes are presented by FULLY QUALIFIED instructors with over 10 years fitness experience.  Each class has been specifically tailored to maximise participants goals.
